age and raves

Posted 06-24-08 at 12:55 PM by raverbunnie
The other day my boy friend and i had a big argument about me going to a rave [any rave] he said i was too young and that they are realy bad. just because some one slipped some x in to his drink and spiked the others drinks too does not mean i cant go, so i told him that he freaked out. so this is my question;
is there any certan age one should be at to go to a rave or have a certan ammount of exp
i bid you all good bye for now

hmmm well i think that there are ages where it is appropriate to go to certain raves. but i think that most all people here know the differences between right and wrong but whether you choose to do either one, you have to be ready to accept any and all consequences. Thats just my opinion tho

i could definitely relate to that sort of. my first rave party was when i was 14 and there are definitely people pressuring you. personally i was never pressured but the raves i went to are drop parties. everytime i went to one i would see people getting pressured to drop some e. the first time i took e was in 8th grade so i was really young. i would check into the rave and see what kind it is. there are some friendly rave parties drug free. but the ones i went to were drop parties or people in the back would have sessions. i could definitely see why your boyfriend is worrying. i would think someone should have age and experience. i know i'm being a hypocrite saying my first rave was when i was 14. i had older firends so i felt pretty safe. as for experience i've being going to drop parties every weekend fri-sun for like 3 monthes. so i would definitely takw your boyfriend's advice. sorry for the hypopcracy.
