why cant they stop
and look at my face
for just 5 minuts
cant they see
that they aren't just
hurting themselfs
their hurting me too
my family mom dad
kirsten and grandma
all are hurting themselfs
and enjoying it's not "cool"
it's not right
and it effects every one
cant they see it
cant they tell
that they are hurting me
not just at home
not just in the car
at school too
people are starting
to ask questions now
i dont have enough breath to tell them
only my friends
and the people i trust
they are the ones i have told
not my mom
my dad or sister
they all smoke
and it hurts i hate it
i cant breath
long enough to tell them how i feel
i have tryed for eight years
with no avail
i cant take it any more
im trapped in a place
where even when i am let out
i still feel trapped

they cant hear

they are oblivious to what is happening
i feel like im dyeing
but im not
i want it just to be a night mare
but it's not

sit down, sit down, your rocking the boat
the tears you cry make this lake your in life will pass and tears will dry too bad humanity's benevolence has died be still and stay you dont have to suffer take your mind to a place you can be a place where dead are life and life a sea think to yourself, these people that mock, these things gone wrong this boat thats been rocked, take yourself to a place thats anew remind yourelf of the things that are there people are there, people that see what your going through, and some want to help rebuild your spirit rekindle a flame that maybe just maybe you wont have to wear a fake smile again... :) |
