This should help you with the idea/concept of a forward BTB weave and might help with the reverse BTB weave also. Good luck...it's a bitch to learn, but surely worth the effort!!

Excellent. I think in the next couple days I'm gonna have it. Like everyone has said it's a pretty frustrating thing to learn. So after I hit myself for the hundredth time I get pissed and walk off. I managed a 2bt reverse btb but I keep trying to do the normal in front hand motions like over instead of under. Awesome stuff. Thanks a lot.

So I watched this, and forgot what it was about... but I figured it out on my own =). Somehow I just figured out how to do the hand motions the same way behind my back as I do infront, so it works! I can almost do a 5 beat too! =P

I can get the forward and reverse BTB weaves but I dont know of any transitions into them. I dont know what to do to get into either of them i just know how to do the moves seperately. help plz!

Aight...probably the easiest way to enter BTB weaves is from their analogous in front of the body weave...reverse weave to BTB reverse weave, etc. While reverse weaving, when you unwind strings and they aren't twisted (before crossing over) on the R side, move R hand to the L side BTB and then follow with the L hand (after crossing over to L in front then moving back behind you). By the time the L hand gets behind you, the R will have returned to the L and the left hand can start weaving BTB on the R side (similar to the way the R hand went behind you). I hope that helps...the opposite is true for forward.
