Oh no. For some reason i can not do spirals or bowtie no more. I think i need to learn how to spiral without clapping. Now that my strings are double, it is still strange doing some of the moves.

Thanks Alex you video tutorials are always very useful. I guess when i get dressed it's 7:42 am where i live ill start to practice spirals with grips.

When i started using grips i found that i had more control oh how my glowsticks move, then i discovered that bowtie and spirals don't work when your using grips. I may have to relearn some of the moves now that im using grips.

Btw what program do you use to make video wehn you have already captured your footage
