Apparently, many people have been struggling with this one....so here ya go! Be sure to practice this one with poi (not glowsticks) and a MIRROR. Other than that...good luck, may take some time and motivation, but well worth it in the end....oh yeah....concentrate on the way it FEELS...GL!!

Agreed. You are too godlike! I love what the butterfly isolations and the buzzsaw thing. I don't really do poi though, so isolations aren't a big concern, but I'd love to get some fire poi. (I WAS EXPECTING SOME FOR CHRISTMAS MOM!)

Funny thing I noticed, when you're doing your fast isolations, your poi look like giant Q-tips.

this was a daaaaaaaaaamn good tutorial but i found the missing piece to a problem i was having trouble with. this vid is of YUTA! even if he is only speaking japanese in the clip i was still able to understand the lesson that he did a great job with.
