well here is a spiral to bowtie manip



How to :

You do a spiral catch - turn your hands to make the x - let them unwrap once - turn your hands to undo the x - wrap the upward facing stick TWICE - and wrap the downward stick ONCE - then turn the upward facing glowstick downward - then make a bowtie

it took me a bit to remember how i did it but hope this helps someone
