Just a quick tutorial I whipped up for the mind meltdown or 'meltdown' for short. It shows the basic movements, some transitions and a few variations. This is a good move to know since it will help learning and transitions with both BTB weaves and full body crossers...Enjoy!

Hmm.. looks like some full body crosser movements. I'm going to try to learn all four ways to get into a full body crosser, then it probably won't be that hard and painful to learn

Funny you say that, cause I personally thought my performance in this vid kinda sucked....I really wasn't in the 'zone' today. Plus, I just learned the forward meltdown pirouettes, so they're still pretty sloppy. Figured I'd post it anyway to help whomever I can. Thanks for the comp. anyway, I guess! LOL.
