Well the first one that is going to be thrown is going to be a little less on the HUGE size I have to build up to that the first will be near 60 - 70 people at a residence a 3 story home that isn't furnished as of yet with a varitiy of music on the floors... and thank you for the tip on the fire codes i will have to look them up in the area... thank god everything is public information...

like i stated in the last reply right above it will be at a residence but a large one and the rat's will be taken care of because even though most of us stand for PLUR we will not stand for someone fucking up our PLUR... i think i speak for everyone on that one...

Okay....I agree with that 'one person' that could fuck everything up....please have ROAR (right of admission refusal) in full effect. Beyond that, the fact that the place is unfurnished is a plus....more room and less to mess up. Try to have stages of music that cater to all ears and def promote GXG!!!! The raffle is a great idea (along with suggested prizes).
