Siler once said he wanted to run for president and as the leader of this 'fine' nation, he would dust areas (of this and possibly other countries) with ecstasy to kinda chill them out and make them happy/peaceful with one another.

I'm sure he'd oppose the destruction of opium poppies since they are the source of the world's best pain killers as well as a myriad of other delightful (but some not so great) substances.
