Butter the bread before you lay it in the skillet. And start on lower heat like, maybe medium. You'll get more even cheese melting without toasting the bread too fast. That's how it exists in my world. But I'm noone to fuck with another mans grilled cheese. Oh and I never saw it until I was in a commercial kitchen, but they would put Mayo on the grilled cheese, and believe it or not, it wasn't half bad. But I could hear arteries closing. Bite at your own risk.

Reminds me of the first kitchen I worked in. We would start drinking an hour before we closed. Most of us were right around 16 - 19 years of age. It was epic.

i cant stay away from sharp shiny objects my room is filled with knives a couple of other weapons like giant daggers swords and a few machetes lol

ohohoh i have actually had grilled cheese with mayo yummmm. i prefer making grilled cheese with a iron lol. no matter how stupid so much fun so much fun lol
