i like hybrid too, and i have had problems before with anything that resembles a connection to rave.... sticks, leds, visors, and pants. ive been kicked out and asked to leave and told to throw them away several occasions.....

i dont get the big deal... wtf?

That was a couple months ago for the Icey party at Velocity in Charlotte. Sugar Society talked the owner into letting people from GXG bring glowsticks as long as they didnt do personal light shows. The Forum doesnt allow glowsticks ever since they changed from Mythos. The Forum sucks, but lately they've been having some awesome trance headliners.

i know the three times i seen icey play i couldnt have glow toys. but at a baby anne show in char. sugar society had no problem and there were kids everywhere with toys.... what gives/???

i think baby anne was at mythos so thats gone now??? it would have been last year i seen baby anne....

thats too bad that place is awesome. and i got some great pics from that night....

I guess promoters think it increases the chances of people on drugs or something. either that or the place might be crowded places like that suck...no glow toys I usually think twice about going.

Yeah, no toys!? I feel lost without glowsticks and I don't even do drugs at parties anymore. I've heard of plenty of parties where they don't allow them....usually not in my area, though. I've been told not to spin before....major party kill! Fuck the hate....up with LOVE! I've never heard of the GXG rule, but in NC, it's possible....we have quite the following and some serious pull.
