It might be a boring advise, but you gotta' practise on low BPM tracks, or without music... Or you can actually do like i did, stomp on every 2nd' beat in the tracks, then you can still use hardstyle track with BPM around 145, then it's just like a 72,5 BPM track.

cool thanks guys. Cuz yeah i was havin a very hard time finding slow hardstyle. lol Colors of hardstyle. definitely isn't slow. But yeah i'll look up some dirty electric house. oh an yeah i was able to use the every 2nd beat thing to some of the other songs i found.

Sweet mate, just keep doing that for a few weeks.
Would be great with a new video soon, your next "problem" might be a heel flick in your Running Man.
It's normally first to make the one step running man, and then the heel problem.
But just keep rockin', it gotta' be there as a habit.

I used to do the heel flicking thing as well. Just keep practicing and try your best for that not to happen. Eventually you will be able to shuffle without even thinking.
