i can adapt what i do 2 anything, i think.. the dance will express itself differently, but the base of it remains the same 4 me.. comes from the same place.. i just love 2 move my body.. and yea, there r def times when the dance will take over to a the point where i gotta put the sticks down and totally give in 2 it.. good times those..
and DJBN yay for adults with add/adhd.. i'm a lifer myself.. gettin worse actually.. word..

lmao i am an "acid hippy" dancer to went to this one show these band gets up on stage called Rollin In The Hay. check em out if ya get a chance he started a song out by talking bout different hippy dances. i got a bounce style to some songs trance makes me well trance out to the music and let it move me. its like the music takes control of my body. know if my body only knew what to do when the music takes control.

omg heath that link is AWFUL!! cracks me up that it keeps resurfacing..
chu-e, as far as i know psystomp has not evolved into any kind of form.. the stomp comes from the heavy beats in psytrance, be it night music or morning music or w/e, which just lends itself 2 stomping feet.. and i know many in the psytrance seen who've started referring 2 themselvs as stompers or psystompers..
of course, i could be horribly wrong..
