As a human being and as a shuffler, I expect to be able to shuffle where I want. This isn't always the case...

Today I shuffled into my college Psych of Adjustment class and upon me entering, my teacher promptly told me to excuse myself.

"What?"
"Well, if you can't walk properly, I don't feel like keeping you in here. Please leave..." -shuts door and locks it-

I know this is messed up, so I went to the dean of the college and talked about it. It wasn't a valid reason (duhh) and they are going to talk to him.

I mean, c'mon! I shuffle at both of my jobs everyday! (Petco and a vet clinic intern)

I was wondering if this kind of b.s. has ever occured to you all?

Well I'm justtttt getting down all the shuffle basics and such- BUT that is BS- Ive gotten yelled at and 'talked to' while spinning poi on break at my old job outside of a department store..

hell ya it has... i was shufflin back when i was in highschool... and my teacher sent me to the office and they had cops talk to me because they thought it was some gang related bull shit ^.^ i was bad then tho.. im pretty damn decent now ^^

He probably thought you were being disrespectful.. A lot of teachers and students take class seriously. Im not saying that he was right but there is a time and a place for everything..

Hmm, maybe the reason he kicked you out is because hes an undercover raver (like the college professor from the movie Groove if any of you have seen it lol) and felt that if you were bustin a move in his class that he would be tempted to bust out some of his break dancing skills? Just a theory.
