Separate raves from the "drug scene." There's no such thing as an 'anti-rave act' just anti-drug acts and stereotypes drugs have brought to the rave scene.

Before I start I'd like to apoligize for bringing back a dead topic lol. I just recently started posting so I gotta make up for lost time XD

Anyways Shuffle is actually called the Melbourne Shuffle for the fact that it originated in Melbourne Austrailia. The BRISBANE stomp is similar to the shuffle, except it is based on different main steps, and has more similarity to jumpstyling then The shuffle does. (The shuffle consists of the "shuffle" which is a heel-toe shift of weight done on one foot to make the dancer appear to slide across the floor. The other fundamental step is the running man. The Brisbane stomp is dissimilar to these.) I don't know much about the stomp but the shuffle I'm fairly educated in, (as I do shuffle myself, albeit not very well XD). Both of these dances ae usually perfomed to hardstyle, athough a dancers style can be better suited to other forms of electronica.

So without further ado. VIDEOOOS!

First comes my personal favourite Shuffler, Azmer.

And just to show contrasting styles, here's another one of my favourite shufflers, pae.

And finally a example of the Brissy Stomp, as some call it.

Well thats that mostly. If anyone has any questions about the shuffle or w/e feel free to ask. And If I don't know, I'll be sure to direct you to someone who does :P

Actually I'm Canadian, and I do know where you could go to learn, hence why I posted feel free to ask xD Anyways on Youtube search BigMilan (I think it is). He has a couple good tutorials on how to do the running man correctly, and how to do the shuffle part of it properly. Theres a couple other good ones on youtube too so just search melbourne shuffle tutorials and search around.

Websites you can go to are....

www.melbourneshuffler.com ---> browse to the forums section, they have stuff there.

www.xes.cx ---> Malaysian Shuffler site. Same stuff, different people.

Those two plus youtube are pretty much all you need. Hope that helps!
