that's a great tut.. and it really just looks like good fun.. i've been toying with the idea of maybe thinking about jumpstyle cuz i'm pretty damn bouncy when i dance and this makes me wanna do it..

Jumpstyle is really fun and addicting. Really get pumped when I do it. It's all about finding the beat and just flowing with it. Try it doing a single glowstring and jumpstyle lots of fun.

single glowstring? ha try both strings, throw on a small backpack, a messenger bag, some ski goggles, photons+sticks on the strings (photons on strobe+sticks=slightly akward but freaking amazing lightshow btw) AND jumpstyle... and that was about half an hour of Enchanted Eve ^^

hahah its really wierd to try to cooridinate all of that movement at once, while coping with carrying all that stuff...

oh i was carrying it cause i didnt have 2 bucks for coatcheck XD

thats what i get for buying sticks instead, i guess :P

there were these guys kinda screwin around kandi stomping/jumpstlyle at the door, i watched them for a moment (i didnt have my stuff on then) then i started a jumpstyling a bit, and this guy totally tripped out




anyway thanks for the vid, that really helps a lot

jumpstyle is cool and all but im kinda into other stuff more. it looks sooo nic if done correctly. i wanna learn so bad.

i think it looks like irish step dancing meets judo meets some sort of wannabe breakdancing. i might try my own variations of this form of dance without kicking my legs so far out in front of me so as not to injure anyone around and play around with some popping and breaking concepts together so i make a whole new genre of dance... wheeeee!

i like how his "basics" covers the bass. with double kicks and stuff you can hit the bass to a song...

i just like jumping around, thats my style!

update: was just dancing along with the tutorial and i feel really stupid doing jumpstyle but it's really that sort of uninhibited guilty pleasure you can get away with when no one's watching. i don't think i could ever do it in public, at least not sober.
