Any one got any tips on how to get your off hand to flow as well as your main, cuz pratics just aint working for me, i can only seem to follow my lead hand... makes for a ok flow but gets boring and looks noobish imo..

i was liquiding all night doing just the hand movements just like that video, and the next morning i woke up and could not lift my left and, or move it. i could slightly move a few fingers but that was it. turns out i shot a nerve. SWEET
