i wear pumas cause they have low grip on the bottom and are quite comfy

i also shuffed in skateshoes worn out ones but a way to shuffle in any shoe is to simply put duct tape at the bottom really good for practice or shuffling on tough surfaces

recomend: pumas, chucks, skate shoes,

hey man nice atempt at a tutoruial i used to rock in melb well i still do every now and aggain

here is afew tips

1 duck tape is ur friend duck tape over any shoes makes any soes perfect for shuffling i use adidas shoes with duck and it is perfect

2 kikcs you should yse ur kicking leg to turn if you shoes are decent should get a good spin out of it

3 with shuffling try to be aware that your arms are part of the dance so try to allways have them moveing

4 head movement it pretty imprtent other wise it can make you look like you are just danceing to yourself use ur head to add expresion no so much ur face just head simple things like head boping and looking in random directions work well

5 when posible learn to moon walk dread for break downs of songs where there is no kik or other percusion to shuffle to alternatley you could liquid but thats a whole nother dance

6 remember to have fun noting more unconfortable than looking at a rocker that looks like is is not conftable rock'n have funn and loosen ur self up dont be so stiff lol

keep on rockn dude

The whole 'nice attempt at a tutorial' was a little offensive/negative in my eyes....I really think he hit this on the head!

As for the head movement, we really didn't see that at all, so it's hard to judge, accurately.

As far as this dance tutorial goes...ROCK THE FUCK ON!! You did a great job in covering this topic. It was very helpful to me in learning the moves that you do in the Melbourne Shuffle...I'll have to incorporate some of these steps into my dancing!! Honestly, I think it was great in covering the subject with moves (visually and educationally). Great tutorial...I hope to see more!!

On a further note....if you include a GXG template on this vid, i can give you an award for not only YouTube promotion but also for a GXG tutorial!

Sweet....sounds good. I've had plenty of people asking about kandi-making, so that's definitely welcomed around these parts!

i don't mean any offense by this, but were you high when you made that tut? cause you remind me of the way i am when i am high... which could be taken as a compliment.

nice tut btw... i've been playing with shuffle for a while and it's coming along VERY slowly. not that you directly covered it in there, but your vid kinda helped with linking stuff together.
