Yeah .... so like everone else and they're mother .... I'm intrested in spinning and mixing and scratching it up.

What would be the ideal set up for a beginner .... I really don't have the money to start out on vinyls ..... although I would prefer to learn on them first.

damn...i've been lookin to buy some tables and a mixer too. I found on amazon.com a Numark beginner kit for $250.00. Its two turntables and a mixer. Its not a big mixer, but it has enough to mix some badass beats and get goin in the right direction.

i think the numarks are ok for beginners. but if you know you want to mix.... and wont throw the money away or let the decks sit and collect dust, get some techs...

I started out on numark tables and mixer.... I have been spinning at house parties for about 2 months now, and I have already upgraded my mixer, and as soon as I get my techs I'll be upgrading again.... I enjoy the numarks, but also because they were loaned from a good friend and she lets me keep them at the house and tote them wherever i want!
