oh dude im more then sure you can convert a 4 channel to do the same thing. pretty much just take the bottom casing off and replace with the plexiglass or whatever n your lighting. lol thats a bit of work tho eh?

im not totally convinced every dj needs more than two channels for a mixer. but for me at home. i want a pair of cd and vinyl turntabels. and aslo be able to go from my computer to the mixer as well. so i want some options.

i wouldnt take it apart to midify it, unless i had money to play with. id like to see a factory 5 channel, 4 ins and one mic....

yea foreal. id only modify one if i knew EXACTLY what i was doing.. or if i had a couple grand to blow on makin it cool lol. hell a 4channel would broaden your mixing wouldnt it? i mean you're sayin goin from the computer to the mixer, doesnt that mean you can take music FROM your comp n mix it? if so.. hell yea son! lol.

yes and yes...

i have used my laptop to mix with, but i dont have a professional sound card yet. in fact i have yet to research which one i can get for my laptop.

and the dvdcdjs are somethign i pray for. cause i am just learnig about graphics and animations. and id love to make little movies that help create a vibe i want along with the music.

having audio and visual is a true expereince for the art enthusiest imo.

though im a noob. but i have dreams too... lol
