Easiest way is to learn to beat match (not an overnight venture), and mix the two songs over each other. If they're grossly different tempos throw a pitch lock on the vocal one. You can sometimes slice them out of the slower parts of songs (the beginning, end, middle comedown, etc.) with wave editing software or a sampler.
There might be some technical way with software but I bet it'd take awhile and degrade the vocal unless you had access to the actual file kit they used for production of the original song. Usually dance music samples the hell out of shit, you can probably find the original sample somewhere on the internet or by digging through old record crates from like the 40s/50s.
