well to put it short.. a friend pretty much let Burrow take over her tables and set them up at his house. we been fuckin around with em the past week or so. its pretty fun. startin to figure out beatmatching n all taht good stuff. the tables arent that great with a not so great mixer, all Numark. but they work good enough to get the idea and concepts down. hell just thought id share lol. pretty stoekd about em. theres only like a couple good records in the crate so we're kinda limited lol. but whatev. its all goooood

Sweet! Yeah, DJing is definitely not nearly as easy as good ones make it look. There's a lot more to it and I don't fully understand it since I've never tried. I kinda get some of the ideas, but until you do it, you don't really KNOW. Glad you're learning....good luck!

Key mixing is just as importent yo
and thats cool yo..deffinatley helps to have a friend that will let you mess around with there stuff before you take the dive and invest all that money in it yerself so..have fun with it yo *what kinda records does she have just outa curiosity when you say theres only a few good in there*

um shes got like one tiesto record, some dieselboy and ak1200, and my new favorite bar none Omnibus . theres one dj Shadow thats alright. but everything else kinda sucks. its cool tho. chris is gettin a big crate of some used records from a friend.. nothin but breaks too.

idk id realy like to find some trance n psytrance records.. thats what I want to learn ta spin.. is it harder to spin psytrance? i mean would it be easier on cdjs since you got all the sound effect buttons n what not?

once you have beat matching down if you have decent equipment it shouldnt really be hard to spin anything in particular *considering your well versed in music formats and all that good stuff,* as far as effects..generally in the trance genre people dont like to hear to much extra tacked on like that..probably cuz theres much more going on in the music then say..techno wich is very minimal.
