ok so heres the scoop

i used to have acid dj, made my own music on there,

my laptop got stolen, now i have none of the music i made,

i wanna get some dj equip so i can start mixing my own beats but have no clue what to buy or what i would be doing once i get the stuff, i have a limited supply of munneh so any help i can get would be great (information wise, or if your sellin your stuff) heres what i need to know

what to buy (equip wise ie, turntables, mixer board, sotware ect)

where to buy it (online stores, ebay, you guys lol)

and how to get srarted (basic know how, ie. setup, basic mixes, things i sould work on, shit like that)

ive always wanted to do this, and i want to do it now, so i need your guy's help, im looking up to you as my peers cause you more experianced than i.

I’ve got a pair of American Audio CDI-500s and a Berhinger DMX-700 (You can correct me on that, it’s whatever one looks like the Pioneer.) that I can sell to you.

you know guitar center has a dj in a box for starts.... i think its around fourhundred bucks.... two turntables and a mixer. and look for used gear at guitar center.

im sorry i dont have any stuff to sell.... in fact i gave the numark decks i had to a kid in tulsa, and i wont part with my grandmasters. and i only have one mixer,.

dont you have a guitar center near you.? any friends that work there?> try getting a job there? discounts???

thats why they are the best!!! if you ever descide to up the looks on them let me know. i have a friend in texas that takes them and tears them apart and paints, cleans and makes new again. for a small price of course.

or you could cusomize them yourself!

Oh the hours I have spent taking Kenneth Noisewater and Susan McScratchalot (names of my turntables.) apart to clean, adjust braking, and start-up speeds. They could use a facelift though. I was thinking about getting an overlay from these folks here:

I would look for a pair of used CDJ's Pioneer 100's would be a good start .I wouldn't recommend any new dj to buy turntables start cheap . If you think Dj'ing is for you then upgrade. Also I recommend checkin out pawn shops I picked up a Pioneer cdj 800 for 350 bucks a few months ago in a local pawn shop....Tre
