I know how to do the basics such as traces and a stalls, but i don't know any tosses. i have seen a video called ultra tutting and love is the message on youtube but i have no idea how to incorporate these moves into my routine.

You appear to have one glowstick but later you reveal to have two. You see two glowsticks then you see one. How do you do a tosse will doing a figure of eight. I have seen pacman i mean P4CIVI4N he is amazing but how do i learn this.
