The short REAL answer to your question is about $10 if you go cheap, but as expensive as $100 if you buy ALL PHOTON/Mod-Ionovas...

If it is your first pair I say go cheap to make sure you like em, and slowly replace lights over time so you aren't just dropping an obscene amount of cash upfront. Not to mention they are covitted so people will steal them if you aren't watching them for even a second...

If it were me, I wouldnt get a set of gloves right off the start. go cheaper and get say three inovas for each hand or maybe even two. mix it up with maybe a glowstick in each hand to go along with it. see what you like. if you can, try out someones gloves to see if you like them.

Yea even if you don't plan on keeping the lights themselves atleast you just got 21 batteries for $12! Personally I bought a bunch of each color (10 packs of each color are like $5) and stocked up to 75 lights for conjuring and orbits. Can't beat that!

I got a 7 pack of the color change lights for $4 just to test the lights and sample the site. When I got the lights they were all nice and bright, the switches were great and everything was in working order. Since then I have order 10 packs of each of the colors and never run into any problems. All the lights work, they arrive in a timely manner, and if you have a problem they are more than willing to send out a replacement or offer credit (my buddy had a 100 pack only come with 99 lights in it).

Like I said, minimally this is worth it for the batteries!
