i've been wondering, is it spinning horizontlly or vertically?

ive learned that horizontal is a more controlled and better looking movement. place the glowstick in between your fingers like you are holding a drum stick [not chicken]... the way that drummers in band hold them. and then pinch your fingers together and the stick will rotate itself and pop upward. now bring your arm upward with the motion and you'll get leverage.
