can anyone post any videos or anything of the sort to help a beginner learn how to free hand all i can do is variations of figure 8's but i want more than that

search youtube.com im not sure if GXG has any TUTs for freehand, but im sure u can find some on youtube.com... if not u can atleast find some clips of a move u want to learn and just watch it a million times... i know u can find alot of body traces... i would suggest taking a look at some liquid videos as well as theres alot of stuff classed as liquid for body/arm movements i see freehanders do alot...

But other then traces , i can only think of is stalls to learn, some toss and catches/stalls.. but im sure theres more...
