Question Inova Microlight freehand - 03-14-08, 05:48 AM

I have been to many raves now and have used my inovas everytime and enjoy using them but don't know any new moves or motions I just do the same things over and over which still look cool but need to try some new things. And I was wondering if anyone could make a video on tricks and moves or whatever to help me out or maybe different ways to hold the lights to do different things. I usually use two-three and sometimes four inovas (if I put them on keyrings and have them on each finger in each hand) when doing this. If anyone could help me out that would be awesome cuz I excited to learn new things to show off.

if ur just using 2 u could try conjuring (youtube it) which is pretty sick.. with multiple inovas tho ur not really gonna have a lot of 'moves'.. more about flow n such.. look in2 liquid dancing maybe.. check out the tuts in the tutorial index.. can't do the all the same things w/ inovas as with sticks but maybe it'll give u some ideas.. u could def do traces, butterflys, probly threading, just some ideas anyway..

actually u could do conjuring with more than 2 lights u will need some gloves to make it look smooth but when u do a toss you could change color on folks and blow minds get good at that i dont see why you couldnt use 4 sets of lights

"I refuse to prove that I exist," says God, "for proof denies faith, and without faith I am nothing."
"But," say Man, "the Babel fish is a dead giveaway, isn't it? It could not have evolved by chance. It proves you exist, and so therefore, by your own arguments, you don't. QED."
"Oh dear," says God, "I hadn't though of that" and promply vanishes in a puff of logic.

I guess you could learn some freehand moves from some of Thane's tutorials. I want to say the only real difference is the size of what you're freehanding with... but I might be wrong.
