I started freehanding with glowsticks until i realized how much i just love using LED's (mainly iNovas but photonfreedoms r nice too). Ive tried to search for tips/suggestions/moves with LED's since it seems to be slightly more limited than using glowsticks (in terms of all the moves and tutorials etc.) and ive only heard "you just have to make your own style." Well i have my own style but i am always looking for ways to improve/tweak it. anyone else use LED's fairly often want to give me any suggestions? i understand the basic moves and trying to use liqiud movements into the routine, but looking for more...

Mmmm, i use those now and again... pretty much when i dont' have glowsticks to crack and practice with. but i don't really have any tips or anything for you... you could always post up a video so we can see your style / give you pointers

hmmmm i used to do some freehang/fluid back in the day i have just been inspired to go back into it just from this post once i get everything in order i shall post a vid.

led's are mad fun i got 2 sets my blue sets batteries are dead so they are no fun and my red set is going dead but they are attached to glow sticks but i still use them for conjuring which is fun cause its like a glow stick i can turn on and off. as far as dance tips no help from me i just try to do what feels flowy and fun. would love to see that vid tho.

I'm pretty sure you've gotten what u wanted since looking by the date its past a month since u posted but here my 2 cents. What I prefer to do but so great at and what made me interested in freehand is the throws, stalls and traces. Theres plenty of vids in the tube if you didn't see yet. It looks real hot when you transition from a real smooth trace to some kind of stall/throw. Gl keep at it, i think personally it takes more practice than strings.. some moves at least.

i never glowstring, (i suck and have tried so many times but i jsut cnat seem to do it,) so all i do is free hand with leds (i have like 30 inovas, yea add that up and you get like 300 dollars) that iv customized to my likings, i have
red
green
blue
white
orange
black light
yellow
teal
pink
rainbow (works just like the ravn party light that photon nolonger sells, yea thats right i made one,)
and a few other colors.
i love free handing, i tend to stay away from figure 8's tho the basis of free handing there is so much more that you can do, tracing is a fav of mine, serpants, shapes i.e hearts & stars, close up face stuff, and lots more,

but my true love is my orbitals, (4 inova lights) prolly the best thign in the world,
