Grabbed my POI this AM, popped in Donald Glaude, For the People, and after a quick warm up let it rip...was having a great time until I felt my index finger getting a bit "burned". I was spinning in my garage so I had to wrap the dog chain. I figured I was still good for a little while as long as I took it easy. Problem being, DG has a way of making me forget I'm supposed to take it easy. Was having a damn blast until I felt a rip on my finger, now I've got a pretty nice open sore

.
Guess I can take advantage and practice some liquid and digitz huh?
On a positive note, the things I've been working on were coming together from the dance, not just from a stand-still. If I can get at least a couple of these little flow sessions in per week, in addition to my regular bit-by-bit practice, I'll be pretty smooth with all of the new stuff in about a month or so.
Added bonus, was able to throw in a couple of Isos into the mix, nothing fancy, but isos nonetheless. It felt "right" pulling out of a rev 5 bt and damned if they just didn't work. They are actually easier with the poi and chain...
Peace out.
