Well hopefully i got them down but not so sure the vid doesn't have the best quality because it was done with my PC's web cam.

tell me if i did them

HAha ya those are them, forgot that part. By the other direction he meens spinning dirrectiong, say you were doing counterclockwise, now try clockwise.

Yup yup....you got em!! Like other people said, try it the other direction....clockwise/counter-clockwise and also with either hand on top. Butterfly crossers are also a good place to go if you haven't already learned em. Here's a tutorial.
