my pecs... and and my shoulders... are dying.... they huuurrrtt sooooooo baaaad.... It really hurts to do 360 wallplane weaves.... and my arms are just not flexible enough for the 7-beat weave... but i still try!!! and it still hurts..... and that straightjacket, the one with both arms locked... really hurts the pecs...

all the moves I try lately are painful!!! the btb crosser, the uta full body crosser. all of them huuuuurt!

So I've decided....

that maaaaaaaybe...

it would be beneficial for me to stretch more often =P

Yeah, different moves use different muscles. You don't really start feeling that until you start doing btb stuff (at least that is how it was for me). When I started learning the btb weave, waist wrap weaves, and full body crossers, my arms would get really sore. They don't any more, I guess I built up the appropriate muscles from practicing, but stretching would probably be a really good idea for now. Just now that for me at least, I had a similar issue, but it went away after a couple weeks.

Yeah, new moves require the use of less-developed muscles. They can also require lots of new forms of flexibility. It's good for your body to learn these moves to gain strength, flexibility and grace in these various positions. However, don't push it too hard....if it hurts, back off a little. In time, it will come. Some of the advanced moves require a lot of flexibility and it can take some time to become proficient in these positions (or even get into them!).
