hello im new at glowstringing tricks but this guy that i seen at this party did this nice trick he spun the glow stick in his hand by pulling on the strings it kinda looked like a flower he did one hand at a time and all the stuff u all put up is going help me learn more about glowstringing

That sounds like a palm spin to me. I think aqua thane had a tutorial on it, If not i'll get one up next time I get to use a camera.

I can't really tell what move you're talking about from your description. Is it a freehanding move or a stringing move? Are the strings short or long and you said they were pulling on the strings? HRMMMM.....not really sure. Please clarify if you can.

It does sounds like a palm spin except for the flower part, unless there are diifferent variations. There are some tutorials on youtube by GS.C but we are not allowed to post their videos on here, go to you tube and type in "glowstick palm spin" the first 3 videos are a couple, see if those are what you are thinking of.

As for the flower part I could imagine that if the glowstick spun long enough or you moved your hand quickly enough you could make very small petals. Palm spin flowers?
