New to glowsticking, need help!

ok, so ive seen some videos by a guy called alex on youtube and was trying some of the moves he done
i can do the hand,arm cross overs with both left and right hands.

what other basics is there i need to know?

Okay....first off, since you're new to the site, you should introduce yourself to the community here. Just tell us a lil about you and your interests, etc. As far as glowsticking goes....we'd love to help you learn. Here's a link to our tutorial section. I recommend Spinning 101 as a basis for any beginner. Other moves you should try once you have all the stuff from Spinning 101 down are 2 and 3 beat weaves, windmill, butterfly, corkscrew, watermill. If you have any questions about anything glowsticking related or otherwise, please ask in the forums....we're there to help!!
