i was messing wit my orbit this week and i gotr it so reved up and fast that the zip tie didnt break but the inova hole thing that i put the zip tie through broke. and now i have a killer bruise. i think it broke the skin a little too. dont get your orbit too fast.

well if your ripping it, of course its gonna break. at least novas will. since its thinner weaker plastic than lights that are similar to photons. i never recommend novas for orbits.

i always recommend photon style lights for orbits and novas for freehand.

Honestly, I never pictures orbits as especially 'dangerous.' I was more concerned about glowsticks on strings, poi and fire.....but apparently, they CAN be dangerous. I know you can spin em pretty damn fast, so I guess there is a certain 'speed limit' to be reached....just be careful in the future!!
