Default Slim or Jumbo 6''? - 07-18-08, 11:15 AM

I've been looking at websites so I can buy glowsticks in bulk for about 100 dollars.
I've found a site where I can buy about 250 for $101 USD.
But, that is if they are slim glowsticks.
If I get the jumbo I get about 100 for $60 USD.
So, I'm wondering what is better to use? or does it matter?

Well, it depends on how slim they are. If they're like the bracelets/necklaces.....they're way too thin and light to be suited for stringing. Usually the 6" glowsticks are pretty standard in their size. I've never heard of 'jumbos' before. Sounds intriguing, though. Do you have a link so I can see for sure what you're talking about? Just off what you said, I would say go with jumbos...still a good deal.

if Im not mistaken Ive seen jumbo and too my liking i don't like fat glow sticks just because they hurt much more and im already used to the lightweight and fast spinning but if you like them then sure go for it brotha!

If you're gonna go with a heavier stick; you might as well go longer.

That's my philosophy anyway.

Still Shinin' on 'em!

Well, I've just had a couple sites that i've checked out.. I didn't know what kind people used.
But if anyone orders from websites in bulk, can you send me a link so that I can figure out what I need to get?

LOL...that just sounds like a dirty thought to me, but I would fare on the side of girth more than the length....LMFAO.

Yeah, as far as glowsticks go....I'd spin the biggest you can give me! If you have the option for longer or wider, go for it!

also the 6 inch slim wont produce as much light as jumbo........
so... also the bigger the better b\c the weight is easier to work with.

6" are the standard size so you should not be using 3" because they are quite small hah
