as for ways to get into or stay in these positions without the proper flexibility...

i know it sounds dumb, but hey if your just standing around, why not tuck one of your hands behind your back n hold it there while you stand =D
i do shit liek this all the time hahaha, if im randomly standing or not doin shit i just hold an arm under another or behind my back or some jazz like that
