Default uta full body crosser, btb crosser - 07-29-08, 11:34 AM

how and the WORLD does anyone in the entire world have enough flexibility for these.... i can get into the positions i need... but i cant hold them there for more than like 3 seconds without it hurting really badly!!! and if i keep going after they start to hurt, eventually my shoulders just lock up =/

does anyone know any good stretches to help with this?

u have to stretch your arms everyday and after a mouth or so u will have the flexibility to do this moves. put both hands togeter btb and pull them away from your body. put 1 arm in the small of your back and the other behind your head. make both hand meet and pull them together with your fingers. then do with the oppisite hand. thats all i know of the top of my head.

Separate raves from the "drug scene." There's no such thing as an 'anti-rave act' just anti-drug acts and stereotypes drugs have brought to the rave scene.

yea dude, these are actually among some of the moves im currently trying to get down to the T.

as for ways to get into or stay in these positions without the proper flexibility...

Yeah, that's kinda how I feel about em too....total contortionist moves. I think I'm fairly close in being able to do em positionally at least....as far as actually spinning in the positions, that may be another story. I've pulled both moves off for a rotation or two, and I can actually do the BTB crosser for a few more, but I wouldn't say I have it 'down' yet. Just stretch a lot....it helped me with waistwrap weaves.

we need a GenX yoga vid or somethin along them lines. im actually bein serious for once lol. itd just be a good thing to have ya know? theres a buncha different arm stretches you can do. i usually do about 4-5 different stretches for my shoulders, peck muscles, back, and if im gettin frisky, my legs lol.

i can hit like 2 or 3 rotations on the btb crosser now... and i can hit like 2 on the uta full body....

and bryan... you are CRAZY!!! lol ive never even attempted utl moves... but i started trying... and i've totally figured alot of them out... but

HOW THE HELL DO YOU STAY BALANCED!!!! I cant stay on the one leg to save my life!!!!
