this is kinda a spin off of another one of my threads. i know yoga increases flexibility and my gym offers it. do yall think this will help spining ie crosser btb and what not. i also dont want to look like a fag because i do yoga for spinning. any thoughts about this you guys.

Personally i think the body natural adapts over time. The more you practice the quicker your body will adapt. The reason i saw this is because in glowstinging your body will move/operate in a way which is the body finds hard to stay in motion. I.e btb weave

Yeah...I agree. As far as spinning goes, I have gained flexibility, coordination and fluidity over time...also helps a lil with reaction time. I also have started learning devilstick and now contact juggling...these two really help with reaction time and quick movements to get underneath the objects (preventing them from falling). The more skills you learn, the better adapted you will be as far as coordination, flexibility and reaction time go.

if you are worried about looking, not straight, you could always buy a yoga dvd, it's cheap, private, and you won't feel dumb if you fall
