recently i was watching some crazy glowstring vids on youtube and saw some guy doing the bicep wrap behind his back. i found this vid buy looking for a sunwrap tutorial and came apon this vid.

the thing i dont like about it though is that it just shows what it will look like once you have learned it.........it doesnt give any wrap exercises, or any kind of hints on how to even get one hand down with the btb wrap....

even though this is a vid of a glowsticking member i would still very much love to get some help on this move. this in my opinion is a piece of shit tutorial so if someone here can make a better tutorial then this then i would very much respect who can nail this move. ive been working on this very move for about 5 months and still have no clue how to do it. im not sure if posting this vid in the first place folows the rules but c'mon people help me out! please

I have seen this video before and had a very similar reaction to it...Cool looking, but how is it done.

It appears that intially, he is doing nothing more than a one hand bicep wrap and then letting it drop off, but then (as far as I can tell) he goes for btb bicep wraps at the end...not clear to me. I've been toying with a btb wrap for months now, but really I'm not doing my biceps I'm hitting my mid-forearm and the movements are waaaaay exageratted.

Maybe it's time to call in Alex or someone???

Yeah, plus this guy's awesome and hes the only one that has a tut on 360 wraps or btb wraps.

ahhh yea, im actually in the process of learning/getting down these wraps right now :]

only advice i can offer is to give it time and be patient lol. im still struggling balls with this, but it will come, i can feel it
