I'm pretty sure HOP has a vid of the move. My advice/guidance is this: The hand motions are a figure 8 upright in front of you. One hand always leads and the other always follows. I lead with my L hand and am R handed (but you can do it either way, whichever works best for you!). I would suggest holding your arms at full length out horiz. away from yourself. Either shorten your strings quite a bit so you can do it without dealing with hitting your head/body or move your hands up above your head for the top and away from your body at the bottom.
