alrite captain P, so ive got down the basics 100% and im also able to wrap off my knees while in the crossover, wen u do the duo-wrap thingy at the very end lik the last move on the vid it seems lik u r crossing over more or less jst your wrist? ive been tryin to get tht duo thing down and im havin sum trouble (would tht even be considered a duowrap?)

i am also wondering how to do the duo crosser wrap. i got it down pretty good with only crossing over 1 both ways, both arms, but no matter how long i try to figure out the duo crossover wrap it just ends up with bruises.......
