Do a normal arm wrap...

Then when it completes it's first rotation, stick your other arm next to it so when it wraps, it wraps around that arm too (the second time) and unwind

Okay, clarification....what's a duo wrap? A half wrap? A double wrap?

What I'm thinking is two body parts wrapped simultaneously. Like a double bicep wrap. If that's not it, please specify.

in this tut he shows duowraps. hope it helps man
