okokokokokokokoook guys here is the deal i got the corskrew down pretty much. 1 hr doesnt really count as much as even that, but ny ways i get it going pretty well stil need to practice alot but i keep hitting my chin. my poi are the normal length. either they should be shorter or my chin is f'ing huge lol. help me plzplzplzplzpllzplzplzpzlpzllpzlzplzplpzlpzlpzlzpl lz!!!!!!!!!

lol well wen i go into a corkscrew, i usually wrap my strings around my hand once so that it gets shorter. =) hope that helps.

yea or if your lookin to keep them that length though just make sure you keep your arms locked so there at maximum length away from your face. if anything just lean your head back more haha =]

Well, to reiterate the points above: If you use full length strings, I would suggest doing the top portion of the corkscrew above your head (hands will need to be above your head or you will hit it). Short stringed corkscrews are easier to do without hitting yourself and allow you to do a more refined hand motion (figure 8 in front of you). Still, it will be best to do them with your arms at full stretch outward in front of you unless you are using really short strings. Short stings will also allow you to do horizontal buzzsaws which can be thrown into the middle of a corkscrew when you go upward or downward. I do both short- and long-stringed corkscrews and find both helpful to know. If you've got the motions down, it shouldn't be hard to alleviate this minor problem of the chin-striking.
