holy cow 4 some reason i had something completely different going thru my mind and u've given me an interesting idea but it has nothing 2 do with ur question lol!! this next part has to do w/ ur question....
ok first off, yes 2 planes and yes 2 bicep wraps.. 4 as long as u swing u should be working ur planes.. start ur practice everyday w/ just a basic plane warm up.. i like 2 do it while i'm walking around town.. it's like an obstacle course.. good fun.. anyway, yes, work ur planes..
and of course practice bi-cep wraps.. practice both with ur biceps parallel 2 ur body, and perpendicular 2 ur body.. do this one string at a time, than do both.. play with it.. bicep wraps r fun.. =)
ok, sunwraps.. basically what u said is right.. it is that simple, but easier said than done.. momentum is important to get into/keep this move going so u don't really wanna do this from a stand still.. actually makes it harder imo.. the easiest way in2 this is from the rev butterfly.. or a quick combo of fwd butterfly to moon wrap to sun wrap.. moon wrap being the same as the sun but under ur arms instead of over.. something u can work on when u get sunwraps i suppose.. =)
anyway, there's a small trick here.. the trick is u wanna kind of point ur elbows up a bit, and bring both ur hands back towards u slightly.. this will get both ur hands in line 2 b able 2 wrap ur biceps.. this is gonna take u minute so be patient..
this essentially just requires practice.. ur stix r gonna hit each other a lot at first, but keep at it.. i could do u a vid but honestly i would just be showing u the move.. there's a certain finesse that u just can't show.. practice a bit and if ur still having probs i'll whip somethin out 4 ya, ok?? goin to paul van dyk tomorrow tho so this ain't gonna happen from me any earlier than monday night.. maybe somebody will be nice and do one b4 then.. meantime, just practice.. i bet u'll get it..
