I'm sure what I'm thinking of is totally unrelated, but there is a vault by the same name in free running. Looks wicked when you can pull it off, still need to learn how to do it properly though.

i understand a freehand variation when you would a heli toss it and let it land on a open flat hand so it still rotated a bit- looks cool but very easy to drop- what are you reffering too?

honestly im not totally sure, all i know is that it is some type of manip out of a bowtie... ive jst heard people talk about it a few times and its sound pretty fuckin sick so i figured id ask around

i suppose what a palm spin is, is when u get into a bowtie, you tie the loop around the stick directly in the middle, then u use ur thumb and fingers to wind the glowstick up on the outside of both of the strings. Then u pull with the other hand, and basically, the more u wind it up, the more it spins. its a cool beginning of a set move, but in the middle of a combo, its hard to keep peoples interest.

palm spins are HARD. i can get them my strings wound up n everything.. but gettin em to spin out fully is the hard part!

Kythos a palm spin is pretty much a manip to where you get your sticks centered in your palms, then wound up, then you pull you rleft string.. the right one unwinds in your palm. they're pretty sick if you can get em to unwind properly. i know of a couple tuts.. on a different site =\
