Well i hope this helped somebody, as much as this is supposed to help you guys learn a move it is also meant for me to get some feedback on what i should add or take out of my tut or what you guys like or did not like. This is my first tutorial and i would like to know how i did.
ok, my computer is not cooperating right now, I have no sound....
But - good call rocking the nick woosley style two colored poi - it makes it a lot easier to see what's happening. When I can get the puter to play I'll check this again and let you know more ok?
Thanks for making this tut - I'm excited for it!
EDIT: dude, this is a pretty great tut. Good stuff you did - you really understood exactly what you were trying to teach and spoke clearly about it, you showed a couple of different views of the move, the different colored poi are a ncie touch, and I really appreciate that you gave the "stuff you should know first" and "these are some ways you can use this". It's long as our tuts normally go, but I was learning stuff just watching you spin! NICE JOB!!!
we drift deeper into the sound, life goes on...
we drift deeper into the sound, feeling strong...
bring it on...

dude WOWW! that was seriously a VERY good tutorial!
not only are you freaking amazing with poi, but you managed to explain that move very well despite how challenging it is to teach muchly appreciated! after i work on it a bit, im definately putting this technique in my next vid. thanks a lot bro~!

Yeah, that was a great tut!! You spoke clearly with concise yet complete dialogue, had different colors for your different hands, listed prerequisite moves, showed plenty of variations, several angles. I really can't ask for much more!! Honestly, I don't have any feedback for you as far as improvements that can be made....very well done....my only suggestion is to MAKE MORE TUTORIALS! Oh, I guess you could have included the ones where you have your arms at your side but do the same poly-rhythm flowers (one arm anti, the other extended)....which you can do with your arms split time or together....but you did include a lot of great stuff anyway. Oh, what was the one where you followed the poi head? That was sweet!
PS...I loved your improve poi and how you got lost in your spinning after you explained how you made them....LOL. It's that poi addiction! You're super smooth with those, too!!
PPS...do you do any same direction spin polys? I've stumbled upon a few fun ones.
Feel the beat from start to stop, dancin' and groovin' from bottom to top!

Thanks for all the feedback guys! i will most definitely make some more tutorials. Im thinking maybe one for hybrids and a few variations of them that i know will be my next one. and please tell me what else you guys want to see/learn.
And LRB i have just started messing around with same direction polys, but the only ones i have are like crossers and reels, but i have been thinking about doing some with different flower variations ( like a 2 petal with a 4 petal) and there is one i accidentally did in the tut which is in wall plane and isolated poly. But lots of opportunity's here for some real creative poi, thats for sure!!!
