Yeah, now I'm starting to get confused....which do you mean, full body crossers or BTB crossers (full body=one hand in front, one in back, BTB=both hands behind you crossed). I can do both of em...just recently been working on the BTB crosser more, still need to work on it a bit. Very hard to stretch like that and keep the momentum....also kinda hard to get into/out of, but I've devised a few methods.
