Well, there really isn't much to it once you know the concepts. You will need to be flexible enough (and able to balance on one foot) to hold your leg up high enough to do the hand motions under your leg. You're gonna want to start by going under a leg with one arm (toward the other arm....say R hand under either leg from the R side)....then the motions are the exact same as the 3 beat weave, just keeping your hands below your legs and watching positioning/timing so you don't hit your legs. Maybe I'll make a tut tomorrow on my day off.
