wallplane crosser?
I learned 2 & 3 beat waist wraps before crossers! Them crossers are very difficult at first, just spend a little time on them a day and u'll eventually figure out the right motion...
The BTB Wallplane Weaves also take time... Just keep at it, stretch daily, and you will build up the flexability to do it. The hard part then is figuring out how to get the 3rd beat. Just study in your mind how weaves work (one hand coming over the other) and you'll figure it out! It takes a lot of mistakes and hours of practice to get even the first weave!
When I said BTB 'crossovers' I meant one hand doing a figure 8 like motion, so that the poi comes around to your front then behind you, while the hand is behind your back. Then getting both hands doing it would be a two beat weave, and finally the 3rd beat comes in when you figure out how to lead with both hands and how to rotate between the two.
Or did u get what I was talking about and just typed crosser instead? I say and type crosser instead of crossover on accident all the time myself =)
HOPE THAT HELPS!!
