First Glowstring Vid Ever -

I have been practicing a couple months now and this is what I have so far.
Let me know what you think. Any help is appreciated.
My theory is that the dance of electronic music, delivered in a powerful manner, has the ability to stimulate the chemical and electrical activities in your brain, resulting in clarity, higher perceptions, and perhaps wisdom. Conceptual mind is what is destroyed. And that's a good thing.

not bad man try using some more arm wraps and body wraps.
Raving is more than the music or the light shows or the drugs, its about being united together for world peace and a smile on everyones faces and saying hi to everyone you dont know as if there were your best friends.
its about the P.L.U.R

Nice video man, I love watching people first videos and seeing how they progress. I'd say you should move your camera back a bit though. You should work on the reverse 2 beat and the 3 beat waves.
also what's the next rave you're going too? noticed you're from colorado

Great vid! Nice freehand and nice transition into spinning. I realize you've only been at it for a few months (like you said) but I'd like to give you a few suggestions on things you can work on. First off, for your butterfly, try to bring your hands together more....it'll be frustrating to learn and will result in a lot of tangles, but you'll have it soon. Try keeping one hand (my R for forward butterflies) slightly higher than, to the R of and forward of the L. This will help prevent tangles, but it will take some practice to get down. Weaves looked good, maybe try some reverse ones...that will open up some options for you. You've got some wraps down, keep working on those to smooth em out, alternate hands and throw some legs and biceps in there too. Orbitals look decent, but they are damn hard (yours are probably better than mine so I'm not hating by any means). Maybe try shortening your strings a little by wrapping around a few fingers...they just look a little long for your arms, but if they work for you, that's cool too...everyone's different. Lastly, try to keep your planes oriented so we can see the whole circles...most of it was good, but when you transition from butterflies, you tend to bend the planes....try wrapping one hand and turning 90 degrees (from a forward butterfly, wrap the L string once and then turn to your L into a forward weave).
Just some suggestions, but you're doing great!! Thanks for sharing! Keep with it!
Feel the beat from start to stop, dancin' and groovin' from bottom to top!

Awesome!!! I love to see a good mix of freehand and stringing! I've actually been secretly working on a little bit of freehanding *shh* I'd say try to work on some stomach traces and threading technique. Stomach traces feel really weird at first... and you'll feel just RETARDED cuz you can't do em right... but dont give up! I almost lost hope... just thought my hands were stupid er sumthin... but it gets better =). and threading... I'm still working on that soooo i don't really know what pointers I could give =/. Keep on stringin bro!!! I can't wait to see you blossom into something amazing!
*edit*
one thing I forgot to add. If you havn't already, start working on a 3 beat weave! Its a fantastic move, probably the most exploited move in my entire arsenal!!! it opens an endless amount of doors!!
